1970s retro swim suit by Sea Lure of California for Penney’s. This bathing beauty was designed by the 1970 Miss USA Debbie Shelton from Virginia. Fun fact- she was Mandy Winger, JR’s #1 Mistress on the TV show Dallas. The tags, though worn/taped, are still attached. Straps are adjustable via buttons. Front lining. Built in bra with cups for support. Low back. Vintage size 12 however please use the measurements below to know how this may fit your body.
