1960s skirt and top set. We call this “The Rome” set as we envision strolling the Eternal City in this charming outfit. It certainly feels like an inspiration to more current designers. The set has no designer, fabric or size labels and is likely handmade by a talented seamstress. The top has a side hip zipper on the left. The skirt has a button and zipper at back.
