Buttons secure the garment closed both at the top and bottom, but not between. There are also functional buttons at wrists. Side pockets and light elastic at hips. Ruffle across shoulders. Pleats on front and back. Excellent vintage condition. There are no fabric or size labels. The fabric feels/acts like silk.
