Vintage Ferragamo family drama, folks: two iconic shoemakers from the same Ferragamo family, brother Salvatore, and sister Rosina, gifted us some lovely treasures. Rumors of a family “split” between the siblings leave us without much personal information about Rosina. Her lovely creations are included in the Met’s collection and sought by collectors.

These delightful shoes by Rosina Ferragamo Schiavone offer ssssomething special in their details. Goldtone, metal snakes are coiled on each shoe. Gold leather piping outlines the snakes and accentuates the curved heels. The snakes are like jewelry for your feet. Perhaps we can read something else into the snakes?

Overall, these shoes are in great vintage condition with some gentle signs of wear to the uppers. The outsoles show wear. Please see photos for condition information. The shoes fit true to labeled size.
